Vuala Studio is a creative platform for generating and editing visual content. We provide tools powered by AI and manual editing capabilities.
You retain ownership of all content you create using Vuala Studio. We do not claim any rights to your creations.
Vuala Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks 200 generations per month, priority processing, and full-quality outputs. The subscription is billed in two plans:
How auto-renewal works (iOS): Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen plan. You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Web subscriptions: Subscriptions purchased through our website are processed by Stripe and renew on the same cadence. You may cancel anytime via the Stripe customer portal accessible from your Vuala account page.
Refunds: Refund requests for iOS subscriptions are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund requests for web subscriptions can be sent to hello@phastos.studio.
Do not use the service to create illegal, harmful, or offensive content. Do not attempt to exploit or reverse-engineer the platform.
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance may occasionally affect access.
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
