- Content you create: Projects and assets you create within the platform.
- Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe (web) or Apple In-App Purchase (iOS). We never see or store your card details. For iOS subscriptions, Apple shares only an anonymous transaction identifier with us to grant Pro entitlement; your Apple ID is not visible to Vuala.
3. What We Do NOT Collect
- We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
- We do not collect location data or device identifiers.
- We do not monitor your browsing activity.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain your account and projects.
- To process payments for premium features.
- To send essential service communications.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data and your creations belong to you.
6. Data Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and industry-standard practices to protect your data.
